VICC's Youth Group Schedule:The Path - Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.
We want the leaders and youth that God brings together to grow deeper in relationship with Christ and wide into the community through evangelism. We aim to do this through weekly youth group, through Sunday school, and by utilizing Christian resources.
G.od created us to be with him.
O.ur sins separate us from God.
S.in cannot be paid back with good deeds.
P.aying the price for sin, Jesus died and rose again.
E.everyone who trusts Jesus alone has eternal life.
L.ife that's eternal starts now and lasts forever!
We want to:
1) Grow in the image of Christ
2) Be fruitful and Spirit-filled
3) Grow as disciples who raise disciples.
Youth Leadership Team Core Values:
1. Be a healthy leadership team - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually
2. Be a leadership that is growing spiritually. "You can't lead someone to a place you haven't been."
3. Be future focused. Philippians 3:12
4. Be loving and caring towards each teen who walks through the door. 2 Corinthians 5:16
5. Be leaders who choose to remember what it is like being a teen, and allow the kids the freedom to be young and grow.
6. Create a culture of respect.
7. Be a ministry soaked in prayer.
